Decor: Happy Hearts Barn provides a beautiful setting for our clients to be able to enhance with decor if desired. Please inquire for decor restrictions and recommendations. All hanging installations must be installed and removed by a licensed professional.
All events are required to obtain event insurance. Happy Hearts Barn provides couples with the information they need to easily get this set up.
At Happy Hearts Barn there are no hidden extra fees. Instead of collecting a damage deposit, we take a card on file to cover liability for incidentals, excessive cleanup, and damages. The additional benefit this provides is that clients are able to charge items to their card on file such as: gift shop products, wine, champagne, pastries, coffee, etc. to make their day more stress-free, flexible, and enjoyable.
Ample free on-site parking is available. Depending on the guest count Happy Hearts Barn may recommend shuttle services for your event.
Two private suites are available for getting ready for your big day. Suite 1 is located on the second level of the granary and includes a restroom and private balcony. Suite 2 is located in the cottage with a TV and deck.
We have a trusted security provider at Happy Hearts Barn who has served our events and weddings since 2015 — Jacob DeLuge, a retired police officer. For weddings and events where security is required, clients pay him $350 directly.
Happy Hearts Barn will provide tables and chairs for up to 150 guests. Additional seating also included: Adirondack chairs at the fire pit, lunge seating at the patio, high top tables at the bar, and benches throughout the property.
